1. Pre-start & program lock-in

Site contact, access windows, inductions/SWMS, lift/dock bookings, and floor-by-floor or site-by-site sequencing (for rollouts).

2. Site readiness confirmation

Substrates verified; services/power available where specified (charging/smart locks); final setout and numbering plan on file.

3. Staged delivery & protection

Booked windows, protected floors/walls, safe load paths, and responsible waste removal/recycling.

4. Positioning & fixing

Accurate setout and levelling; compliant anchoring to substrate; plinths/benches and sloping tops installed as specified.

5. Locking, numbering & quality

Keying plans and code setting; RFID/app systems commissioned; labels/plates applied; alignment and fastener checks completed and snags closed.

6. Handover & aftercare

O&M/warranty pack, lock credentials and numbering map; brief training where needed; priority support with a typical response within 2 business hours.

Yes. We install right across Australia, coordinated from our facilities in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth & Adelaide for metro and regional projects.

Drawings/counts, setout/numbering plan, site induction requirements, access windows, lift/dock bookings, and confirmation of substrates and any required power points (for charging/smart systems).

Secure Lockers operate multiple crews across the country for faster delivery. Every crew follows the same approved setup specification, locking profile, numbering scheme and QA checklist, overseen by a single project owner—so the result is consistent site to site.

Yes. Secure Lockers schedule after-hours and night works where required to minimise disruption. These requirements are agreed at quotation stage and built into the program.  

Concrete, masonry, steel and compliant wall framing. We select the correct anchors for the substrate and avoid services per marked drawings.  

Anchoring is assessed case by case. In some settings, floor-mounted fixings are sufficient; in high-traffic or heavy-use areas, we specify both wall and floor fixing for added stability and safety. The approach for each area is documented in your proposal.

Floor and wall protection, safe load paths, and clean daily work areas are standard. Packaging/waste is removed and recycled where possible.  

Yes. We set codes, provision RFID/app credentials, configure modes (shared/assigned, time windows), test operation and provide basic handover/training.  

Yes. Labels/plates are installed to plan and an asset register is issued at handover.  

Yes—Secure Lockers removes and responsibly disposes of old lockers at time of installation. Scope is confirmed at quotation stage.

An O&M/warranty pack, lock credentials/records, numbering map, and any requested close-out documentation.     

Yes. Public liability and workers compensation coverage are in place; our teams comply with site inductions, SWMS and PPE requirements.      

Yes. We align to the builder’s program, attend toolbox talks where required, and sequence works with adjacent trades.       

Electrical works are performed by our Secure Lockers in-house licensed electricians. Where geography makes it more efficient, we engage vetted local licensed electricians under our induction and safety policies. We coordinate timing so commissioning is seamless.
