- Regulators or law enforcement where required by law.
Providers are required to handle personal information securely and only for agreed purposes.
5) Overseas disclosure
Some providers may store or process information in other countries. Where we disclose overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure recipients comply with standards substantially similar to the APPs (APP 8).
6) Cookies & tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, measure performance and (optionally) personalise marketing.
- Necessary cookies run by default for core functions (quote cart, security).
- Analytics/marketing cookies are optional; manage preferences via our cookie banner or your browser settings. Opting out may reduce site functionality.
7) Marketing communications
We send marketing only with your consent or as otherwise permitted by the Spam Act 2003 (Cth). Unsubscribe via any email footer or contact us.

Where stated at the start of a call, we may record calls for training and quality purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded, please tell us and we’ll provide alternatives (e.g., email).
9) Data security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we hold (access controls, encryption in transit where applicable, least-privilege access, staff training). No method is 100% secure; we maintain incident response processes and comply with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme when required.
10) Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g., tax/warranty records), then take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
11) Access & correction (APP 12 & 13)
You may request access to, or correction of, your personal information. We’ll respond within a reasonable time. If we refuse (e.g., legal reasons), we’ll tell you why and how to complain.
